My journey into wellness didn’t start with textbooks — it started with my own health struggles. After years of living with inflammation, fatigue, and discomfort that conventional medicine couldn’t fix, I took matters into my own hands. I began researching, learning, and applying everything I could about how the body responds to food, movement, stress, and environment.
That journey led me to formal training as a Certified Nutritionist, Sports Nutrition Coach, and Health & Wellbeing Coach. I also became a State Champion Fitness Model — but what truly transformed my health wasn’t competition prep. It was understanding how to support the body from the inside out — sustainably, naturally, and without pharmaceuticals.
Now, I’ve packaged everything I’ve learned — from science, experience, and practice — into The Allevia Method: a lifestyle-first, inflammation-reducing wellness blueprint I created to help others feel their best again.
This isn’t a diet. It’s a long-term shift in how you care for your body — with food, habits, and healing at the heart of it.
